General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Online Courses and all services

1. General

Scope of application: These GTC apply to all contracts between the provider Selva Surya and the customers regarding participation in online courses offered via the website.

Small business regulation: In accordance with § 19 UStG (German Value Added Tax Act), no sales tax is charged.

2. Conclusion of contract

Offer: The offers on the website are subject to change. By placing an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the course.

Acceptance: The contract is concluded upon the provider's express acceptance of the offer (e.g., through an order confirmation or access to the course material).

3. Scope of services

Course content: The provider grants the customer access to the booked online course, including all content specified in the offer.

Access: Access to the course is granted within 24 hours after receipt of payment

Liability: The provider is not liable for the individual learning success of the customer.

4. Terms of payment

Price: The prices quoted are final prices.

Due date: The total price is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.

Payment methods: Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website or social media links.

5. Right of withdrawal

Withdrawal policy: Customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. 

Exclusion: The right of withdrawal does not apply if the customer has already used the service. This means the customer has already logged into the Google Classroom where the customer has immidetly access to all course material.

This withdrawal policy applies for international customers as well. 

6. Final provisions

Changes: The provider reserves the right to make changes.

7. Copyright - All rights are reserved

The content and works on these pages created by the site operators are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, editing, distribution, and any kind of use outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is identified as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please inform us accordingly. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such content immediately.
