Selva is a name for the rainforest and carries the wisdom of the forest. I invite you to visit me here in the rainforest of Costa Rica to go on a deep healing journey, a return to nature and to your true essence.
This retreat is 1:1 solo retreat and special designed for your needs but can be done with a friend or as a couple as well.
This retreat can be hold in English or German.

Accommodation options
There are many options to stay with me. You can stay close to the sea in one of the beautiful beachside Casita's or directly with me our 7 hectare permaculture farm with an growing fruit forest nestled into the deep jungle.
We offer the following 3 Accommodation options:
1. Option: The jungle Casita
Cozy simple jungle Cabana designed with everything you need to feel comfortable during your stay. The Casita is on our permaculture farm and you will be living in the deep jungle with many wildlife. This is an unique experience for everyone who truly want to reconnect with nature and to receive a fully reset through the healing powers of the jungle. The land is a Wifi & signal free zone, meaning your night sleeps and experience will be much deeper and healing. There are plenty opportunities in town/beach to connect if you need to.
The Casita has no electricity but we provide night lights for your comfort. You have your own small private outdoor space and many shared community spaces to enjoy during your stay.
Scared spaces: Kitchen, dining area, toilets, showers, small yoga deck
Fruit forest & permaculture farm
During your stay you will be on our tropical fruit farm. Here you can learn about permaculture, medicine plants, the healing power of fruits and how to grow and harvest your own food. Our land offers many tropical fruits like Biriba, Avocado, Papaya, Bananas, Jackfruit and much more. The water comes directly from our well and will be filtered through a natural filter system.
There are many places for you to enjoy during your stay. We have a small yoga platform and some spots for meditation. The land has also a small river and many wild animals are living with us here. You will wake up with the sounds of the howler monkey and the sounds of the jungle. It is a unique and pure vibrant experience.
About the community:
We are a sanctuary for humans and wildlife. We are a small and growing vegan community nested in the rainforest close to the sea (approx. 20 minutes drive)
2. Option: Seaside Cabana
Another option would be to stay in a close-by seaside Cabana. This gives you the option to be in walking distance to the ocean. The Cabanas offer everything you need for your perfect stay.
The Cabana comes with:
- Kingsize bed
- Balcony with garden view
- Kitchen for preparing meals if you want to
- Wifi & AC
- Private Bathroom
3. Option: Pick your own
Of course you can also pick your own accommodation, I can provide you a list of beautiful close-by homes. The area has plenty of options for you to pick from.
